Ways to Give

Giving is an act of worship and a vital part of supporting our Churches and Ministries. We are deeply grateful for your generosity.

We offer several convenient ways for you to contribute:

Offering Plate During Services

For those who attend our in-person services, you are welcome to place your offerings in the offering plate as it is passed during the service.

Envelopes are available in the pews if you wish to receive a tax receipt for your donation. If you would like to give regularly, a set number of envelopes can be obtained.

E-Transfer

E-transfer is a quick, secure, and easy way to send your contributions directly from your bank account to the Church’s.

To send an e-transfer, please use the following email address: administration@bancroftunited.ca

In the message box: Please specify how you would like your donation designated (e.g., “General Offering,” “Mission Fund,” “Building Fund,” etc.).

If no designation is specified, your donation will be applied to the General Operating Fund. If you would like a tax receipt, please include your full name and current mailing address in the message box, especially if this is your first e-transfer to the church or if your information has changed.

Pre-Authorized Remittance (PAR)

PAR is a convenient way to make regular, consistent contributions to the church directly from your bank account. It helps the church maintain a steady income flow, which is crucial for our planning and operations.

How PAR Works: Your donation is automatically debited from your bank account on a pre-arranged date (usually the 20th of each month) and transferred to the church’s account. This is ideal for those who wish to give regularly and ensures your support continues even if you’re away or unable to attend services.

Once completed, please submit the form directly to our Treasurer, Janice Stapley, or place it in the offering plate.

Important: When filling out the form, please note the name of one of our churches, St. Paul’s, St. Matthew’s, or St. Andrew’s.
